Your payment may have been declined due to any of the following reasons:

Incorrect billing address and phone number:

Make sure that the billing address listed in your account matches that associated with your payment method.

Credit card limit reached:

Check your credit card limit. You may have reached your daily or total credit card limit when we tried to charge your card. Try decreasing your daily spending limit or enter a new credit card with a higher credit limit.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All artwork is an original S. D. Carn. That means I have drawn and painted the images on paper or canvas. But the process then becomes digital. The images are scanned in high quality and then manipulated in the computer. This is the final product so there are no one off originals. The end of the process is a print on canvas. Each canvas is printed by large archival quality printers that are calibrated across the globe so the image will alway look as I intend. If not, I'm happy to replace it.
